DinnerWin isn't open yet, so for now the only thing we collect is the waitlist. Here's exactly what that means, with no fine print.
Last updated 7 November 2026
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we save:
- Your email address.
- How many people are at your table (your household size), but only if you choose to tell us.
- Which way of planning supper sounds best to you (Family Vote, Diet Plan or both), but only if you choose to tell us.
- Which signup form you used: the one at the top of the page or the one at the bottom.
- If the link that brought you here had tracking tags in it (called “UTM tags”, for example on a link in one of our Instagram posts), those tags. They tell us which posts bring people in.
- The date and time you joined.
Why we collect it
To tell you when DinnerWin is ready and to send you the occasional update about it. We'll only email you about DinnerWin. No spam, ever. Your household size, your answer about planning supper and the tags help us understand who DinnerWin is for, what to build first and how people find it.
Where it's kept
Your details are stored with Supabase, the database service we use. The website itself is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and safe.
What we'll never do
We never sell your details.
Getting off the list
Changed your mind? Reply to any email we send you, or send a message to @dinnerwinapp on Instagram, and we'll delete your details from the list.
Kids
The waitlist is for grown-ups. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their details. If you think a child has given us an email address, let us know and we'll delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use cookies, and there are no ads, analytics or other companies tracking what you do here or across other websites.
Changes to this page
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and the date at the top first, and email the waitlist about any big change.
